Someone’s Knocking at My Door— If you don’t
know them. Say loudly, “Leave or I will call police.” Call police at 911. Leave a TV on to make it
sound like someone is home.

Suspicious Vehicle —See an unknown vehicle
hanging out or cruising the neighborhood? Get
license # and call Police Non-Emergency # 602262-6151.
Slow Down—Please keep the speed down to 25
or below on our streets. Please talk to your drivers about this. We have many little kids to keep
safe.
Trash Container — You can request a smaller
garbage can and pay $3 less per month for pick
up. Sign up by calling 602-262-7251 or online at
phoenix.gov/publicworks.

From Tiffany at AMCOR—Roof Rats have been found in surrounding neighborhoods. Several AVII residents have also encountered rats. More than you want to

in good condition as you would your home. They are the responsibility of the
