W2 FAQ’s 
What is the Registration Code? Employee ID? Company Code? o The Registration Code is ARG1‐W2. The Employee ID is the 4‐digit birth year (i.e. 1972) and Company Code is TZQ. 
I am “blocked” or “locked out” of the application! o Entering the wrong information too many times will “block” the user. Closing and reopening the internet browser should solve the problem.  It says my information is not found/is unavailable. o This is most commonly caused because the employee has entered information that does not match what we have on file. For example, a new zip code is used when the employee has not updated their address in the system. They can try registering using their old zip code. When their address is updated, it will be changed in the W‐2 system with our weekly update. o If it is a very new employee, they may not be in the system yet. We upload employee info two times a week. 
I can only see my 2014 W‐2. Where is my 2013 W‐2? o Only 2014 (and forward) W‐2s will be available via the ADP system. Prior years will still be available through www.paperlessemployee.com/arbys.  I can’t see the box to enter the confirmation number o Depending on your browser (use the inside scroll bar to scroll to the bottom of the page) the box should be visible.  I am a former employee, can I get my W2 electronically? o Yes, register at www.w2.adp.com . o The registration instructions are on www.arbys.com/payroll.  I am trying to select yes and the computer freezes and will not let me go any further. o This is a browser issue. If they are using Internet Explorer, try using Google Chrome and that should allow them to continue. 
What is my user ID? o User ID is typically First initial last name @ ARG1 example JDoe@ARG1. 
