The purpose of this message is to announce my departure from Arrowhead Physical Therapy effective May 15, 2015. This message comes with mixed feelings since it has been an absolute blessing to have had the opportunity to get to know you and serve
as your massage therapist over the past two years. I am very grateful that you have allowed me to be a part of your wellness
journey. You have set your feet on a path towards health, happiness and an active life with less limitation and I encourage you to
stay the course and continue your journey.
The Arrowhead Physical Therapy Massage Team is committed to continuing to provide the highest level of quality massage therapy services that you are accustomed to. My colleague, Colleen Palko, Licensed Massage Therapist, will be accepting new clients
and I will assist in ensuring that all goes well with your transition to Colleen.
