Call for Artists Roseville Area Arts Council and Roseville Parks
& Recreation invite you to apply for
Arts@theOVAL … a festival of fine arts
& fine crafts. Open to public with no admission charge.

Eligibility quality and variety of artwork displayed.
Organizers reserve the right to limit the number of
entries in each category to assure balance of art
offered for sale. Booth space may be shared by
two artists when both participants are accepted
through the jury process.
Exhibition Space 
Electrical hookups available for an additional $10.

Acceptance based on jury selections.

Submit the attached form along with four good quality
photos representative of the artwork to be exhibited.
Digital photos may be submitted on CD in .jpg
or .bmp format. Please submit a variety of samples of
your current work that will be sold or showcased at
the event.

Inform us of the average price point of merchandise.

Include check in the appropriate amount payable to
the Roseville Parks & Recreation, and a selfaddressed envelope with sufficient postage for return
of your photos/CD.


Open to all artists and craftspeople interested in
showing and selling their work. All artwork must
be original and presented by the artist(s)
making the application.
Arts@theOVAL is juried to assure the
Application and Fees Entry fee: $75 per exhibition space.

Location

Please feel free to provide us with any other details
of your displays, artwork, or other helpful information
for the Jury process.
Artists sharing one exhibition space must submit
photos representative of each of their work and an
entry form for each artist. Joint entries must be
submitted in one package with one check.
Acceptance of one artist in a shared space does not
guarantee the acceptance of both.
Entry fee will be returned if you are not invited to
attend.

Entry fee will not be returned in the case of
withdrawals made after March 6, 2015 or no shows.


The Olympic Room is uniquely shaped, therefore
not all spaces will be square.
Display areas are approximately 9’ X 9’.
Please note: due to the shape of the room, all
booths are not squared!
Organizers cannot promise to honor
requests for specific display spaces.
 All displays and equipment must be supplied
by artist.

Limited number of tables available upon
request.

Indoor Event Tents are not permitted.

Room features large west-facing picture
windows and overhead lighting.

Electrical outlets available for an additional
fee, all auxiliary lighting provided by the artist.

Room is locked at night; displays may be left
in place.

Artists are responsible for their own
merchandise.
