Mixed: Just as the name suggests, flow, balancing, spine strengthening, core strengthening and more! This class will help tone and sculpt the
entire body. All levels welcome. Room Temperature: ~98 degrees
BEND, Burn, Sculpt: Transform your physique! Get long and lean, torch calories, boost metabolism and energize your life during this high energy
one hour practice. Not for beginners, this flow based practice involves moderate choreography and baseline physical conditioning, using soft
weighted Pilates balls for added sculpting and strengthening. Room Temperature: ~98 degrees
Flow & Glow: A moderately paced yet vigorous flow practice with longer posture holding that focuses on strength, stamina, flexibility and focus.
All levels welcome. Room Temperature: ~95 degrees
BEND at the Barre: This Barre Pilates class produces sleek, dense muscles and helps burn excess body fat through a series of challenging
movements, some held for several minutes. It is organized into bursts of intense physical activity followed by short periods of deep stretching
and recovery. Strengthen your core, increase your strength and improve your posture and muscle definition! All levels welcome.
BEND, Balance, Begin: Enhance your well-being with this practice that is perfectly suited for a beginner. The workshop style with
assistants provides posture holding and refinement that will satisfy intermediate to advanced practitioners, as well. Expect healing and
strengthening of your back and improved stress management, energy and balance, along with strength and stamina from this varied practice of
standing and floor asana series. All levels welcome. Room Temperature: ~98 degrees
Intro to Hot Yoga: Designed for those who have never practiced yoga, those who have never practiced yoga in the "heat" or those who would
like to review the basics. All levels welcome. Room Temperature: ~98 degrees
All of our classes have music. All instructors will show modifications. Please be sure to introduce yourself to the instructor and let her/him
know if you are entry level to ensure that you have the best experience!
