Dates to Remember April 30…………Senior Scholarship Assembly @ 6:30 pm in the Auditorium May 1 2……….Library Materials Due May 28……….Yearbook Distribution, Old gym 3pm-­‐5pm June 2….……ALL Fines MUST be paid “Check Money on your Lunch Account” June 2….……Sr. Assembly Parent Night @7:30pm in the Auditorium June 3……… Senior Assembly-­‐2:30pm-­‐3:10pm This time is for the “Senior Class.” June 3………..Last Day of School Baccalaureate @ 7pm in the Auditorium June 4……….Grad Rehearsal 8:30 am in the Auditorium & Senior Luncheon @ 11:30 am. Senior Luncheon tickets will also be
available to purchase at the finance office.
The cost is $18.00.
All Night Party Tickets will be sold for
$30.00. They will be sold each Thursday
in May. After that time you may drop off
your payment in the main office. You
may contact Angie at 899-0510 with
questions or to volunteer for the All Night
Party.
Fieldhouse Graduates will assemble in the Auditorium @ 6:00pm June 16………..Final Transcripts will be available ●All books must be returned to teachers by Tuesday, June 2nd. ●If your fines are not paid, you WILL NOT be presented with a diploma at the graduation
ceremony. This is optional. ●Senior Luncheon will be held in the Panorama Room at the Airport. ●Baccalaureate is optional and there is no cost for this gathering. Wear your Cap and Gown. Please contact Deidre Martinko at 868-­‐9306 with any questions. ●Graduation rehearsal is MANDATORY and will be in the auditorium. (No cap and gown required) Please find your assigned seat, which will be marked with a name tag, and be seated by 8:30am. ●Graduation tickets will be issued at rehearsal. Each graduate will receive five tickets. If you need more tickets, contact the records office at 268-­‐6315 or stop in to request more. ●Shot records will also be given to each graduate at rehearsal. Make sure these are put in a safe place, as you may be asked to provide proof of immunizations for school, or employment, in the future. ●Graduation pictures will be taken by Lifetouch National Studios. We will provide them with your address, and they will mail proofs & purchase information to you. Their phone number is 406-­‐652-­‐6444. ●The Commencement is a dignified ceremony. As members of the audience, please do not bring air horns or other noise makers. Please keep your applause short so that the name read after your child will be heard clearly. Clothing worn under the gowns may show through, so please dress accordingly. The plane of the cap is to be worn parallel to the floor, not tilted. The tassel is to be worn on the LEFT side of the cap at the beginning of the ceremony. No corsages or lei’s are to be worn. No decorations or writing on the caps. ●Final transcript request cards MUST be turned into the Records Office. The cards were distributed in English classes the first week of April. You can also pick one up in the records office or the counseling center.
