Log into workstations with use of administrator
privileges.
Ensure that the data folder on the server is
consistently shared by using drive mapping or
UNC.
Exclude the Time Matters/Practice Advantage
folders from Anti-virus scans.
Close all other applications when installing Time
Matters/Practice Advantage on workstations.
Use the Setup file to install the Workstation
Reboot the workstation, and log into the
workstations to check that the program has
installed correctly.

Test links with the third-party applications. Programs to
test might include:

Internet Explorer®
Firefox®
Ensure that the user has proper rights to the local Time
Matters/Practice Advantage folder in order for the
application to work properly.
Uninstall previous versions of Time Matters/Practice
Advantage on workstations by using Add/Remove
Programs from the Control Panel.
