service
Primary Care
Recovery Service
From the 1st April 2015 the Primary
Care Recovery Service will be
providing a recovery-orientated
model offering medication assisted
treatment alongside psychosocial
interventions for people living in
Lewisham.
If you are currently accessing
support your treatment will transfer
over to the new service or you can
self refer through your GP.
The Primary Care Recovery Service
provides integrated drug and
alcohol interventions:
• Opioid Substitute Therapy working alongside GPs and pharmacists:
• Assessment
• Titration
• Detox
• Alcohol services:
• Screening
• Brief interventions
• Extended interventions
• Nurse led community detoxifications
• Intensive key-working
• Pre and post detox support
• Group work and peer support
