RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. You must be 18 years of age, or older, present valid picture identification and sign
a waiver to enter the park.
2. If you are under 18 years old, you MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian or have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian and the waiver
must be notarized.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion.
4. Wristbands will be issued upon entry and must be worn at all times. They will be required for re-entry.
5. Do not damage any trees, shrubs, or plants on park property.
6. Do not harm, harass or kill any animals within the fenced area of the property. Any harm to animals will be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
7. Fishing is allowed in designated areas only.
8. Pets must be kept on a lease or in a kennel. Please clean up after your pet!
9. No fireworks, firearms or fires area allowed on the premises, except in designated areas of the park.
10.Alcohol is allowed on the premises. However, all state alcohol laws apply. Driving under the influence and public
intoxication is strictly prohibited. Minors are not allowed to drink alcohol and will be subject to confiscation of
alcohol and/or removal from the premises, at the discretion of the park’s security.
11.No glass containers are allowed on the premises.
12.No illegal drugs are allowed on the premises.
13. No fighting, verbal abuse or profanity is allowed.
14. Quiet time will be observed from 12:00am – 8:00am and will be strictly enforced.
15.Please obey ALL park signs (including speed limit signs), markers and posted boundaries. Do not cross boundary
markers, fences, gates, cattle guards or parish roads. Our boundary lines are marked with BLUE and RED stripes.
You will be responsible for any damage to our neighbor’s property.
16.Please deposit all trash in designated trash receptacles.
17.While helmets are not required, we recommend everyone have proper safety equipment and follow your vehicle
manufacturer’s safety guidelines (including age limitations of passengers).
18.All riding at Bon Temps ATV Park is at your own risk.
19.Only ATV/UTVs are allowed in the park. No trucks/jeeps, dirt bikes, road bikes, scooters, or any type of 2-wheelers
are allowed on the park premises.
