THE ULTIMATE CONCORDE WEDDING PACKAGE
£11,999 (daytime 56 guests / evening reception 150 guests)
· Duty Manager present on the day to co-ordinate your timings. Assistance can
be provided by your Wedding Co-Ordinator to help find a formal Master of
Ceremonies if required.
· Hire of Concorde for a unique ceremony on board.
· Cake table, square cake stand and knife.
· Hire of the hangar for your wedding breakfast and evening reception until 01.00
including a unique dining experience under the wings of Concorde.
· Table numbers, stands and menus.
· Private brides room with complimentary water.
· Clothed presents table.
· Consecutive Concorde short tours for you and your guests following your ceremony.
· 4 canapés per person served with your drinks reception.
· Dedicated Event Co-ordinator support throughout the planning stages of your
wedding.
· White linen table cloths and white linen napkins for your tables.
· Free car parking for guests.
· Easel to display your wedding breakfast table plan.
· All crockery, cutlery and glassware.
· Three course wedding breakfast with your choice of one starter, main course and

· A glass of house Champagne served for the toast.
· Two bottles of still and sparkling water per table, during your wedding breakfast
(based on maximum of 7 tables).

· Lit star cloth boards to illuminate your wedding into the night (usually £500 +VAT).

person and children aged 10 and under at £40.00 per child. Additional guests for the
evening are charged at £15.00 per head.

evening are charged at £17.50 per head.
