Garantie
GARANTIE A VIE LIMITEE
Rubi garantit ses robinets de cuisine contre tout défaut de fabrication et défaut au matériel et ce aussi longtemps que l’utilisateur, qui doit également être le premier acheteur, est le propriétaire. La garantie couvre le
fini chrome et le nickel (PVD). Une copie de la facture originale doit être fournie pour chaque réclamation adressée à Rubi. Certaines conditions s’appliquent.
PIECES:
Les cartouches des robinets de cuisine Rubi sont couvertes par une garantie à vie limitée.
Certaines conditions s’appliquent.
CONDITIONS GENERALES
La garantie ne couvre pas : l’usure normale du robinet; les dommages causés par l’utilisation de pièce de rechange autre que les pièces Rubi; suite à une installation défectueuse; un transfert; une utilisation abusive*
ou impropre et un entretien inapproprié.
La garantie, en milieu résidentiel, exclut les dommages causés par des conditions où l’air ambiant et l’eau sont altérés.
La garantie ne s’applique pas dans les cas d’utilisation de produits nettoyants rugueux ou de matières abrasives.
La garantie n’est pas transférable et se limite à la réparation ou au remplacement du produit uniquement (produit à valeur marchande égale).
Remplacement:
Le remplacement de pièces ou de produits dont la fabrication ou le matériel seraient en défaut sera pris en charge par Rubi sans frais applicables. La sélection des pièces ou des articles sera effectuée selon les
produits courants au moment du remplacement. Dans le cas où un produit n’est plus sur le marché, un produit de remplacement, dont la valeur marchande est égale au produit d’origine, sera désigné.
Pour usage résidentiel seulement
La garantie exclut tout usage industriel ou commercial. La garantie ne couvre pas les frais de main-d’œuvre encourus lors de l’installation, la réparation ou le remplacement d’un produit. La garantie ne s’applique pas
pour les dommages accidentels (directs et indirects) reliés aux frais de main-d’œuvre énoncés.
*Usages commercial ou institutionnel - GARANTIE DE 1 AN
Rubi garantit ses produits contre tout défaut matériel et de fabrication pendant une période de 1 an, à partir de la date de facturation, s’ils sont utilisés dans des environnements commerciaux ou institutionnels (à
usage intensif; utilisation élevée). Les conditions générales s’appliquent.
WARRANTY
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Rubi warrants its kitchen faucets against manufacturing and material defects and as long as the user, who must also be the first buyer is the owner. The warranty covers the chrome and nickel (PVD) finish. A copy of

PARTS:
A limited lifetime warranty applies to Rubi's kitchen faucet cartridges.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Warranty does not cover: the faucet normal wear; dammages caused by usage of replacement parts other than genuine Rubi replacement parts ; installation error; relocation; abuse*; misuse or improper care and
maintenance.
Warranty, residential, excludes damage caused by conditions where the air and water are altered.
Warranty does not apply in cases of rough cleaners or abrasive materials usage.
Warranty is not transferable and is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only (product market value equal).
Remplacement:
Rubi will replace any part or product with a manufacturing or material defect free of charge. The selection of parts or items will be made according to current products when replacing. In the event that a product is no
longer on the market, a replacement product, whose market value is equal to the original product, shall be appointed.
For residential use only
The warranty excludes all industrial or commercial use. The warranty does not cover labor incurred during installation, repair or replacement of a product. The warranty does not apply to accidental damage (direct and
indirect) costs related to labor statements.
*Commercial or institutional uses - 1 YEAR WARRANTY
Rubi warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of invoice, if they are used in commercial and institutional environments (heavy-duty, high use). The terms
and conditions apply.

Séparez le tuyau de laiton fileté et son manchon puis, vissez la partie filetée au corps
du robinet en prenant soin de laisser sortir le
flexible.
Insert the rubber gasket at the base of the
faucet.

Insérez l'anneau de caoutchouc à la base
du robinet.
Insert the rubber gasket at the base of the
faucet.

Insérez les rondelles "U" en caoutchouc et en
laiton sur la tige de montage filetée du robinet
sous le comptoir.
Insert the "U" rubber and brass washers in the
mounting threaded rod under the countertop.

Affix the long nut to the mounting threaded rod
of the faucet.
Adjust the final position of the faucet and thighten the long nut with the adjustable wrench.
Fixez l'écrou long à la tige de montage filetée
du robinet.
Ajustez la position finale du robinet et serrez
l'écrou long à l'aide d'une clé à molette.

Nous recommandons de courber très légèrement les trois tuyaux de cuivre afin de faciliter
l'instalation et de dégager le tuyau
flexible de la douchette.
We recommend to lightly curve the tree copper
pipes to ease installation and clear more space
for the the hose shower.

Raccordez le tuyau souple de la douchette
à la sortie d'eau du robinet. Assurez-vous de
mettre en place la rondelle de caoutchouc.
Connect the hose assembly of the hand shower
to the water out-take pipe. Make sure to put
the washer in place.

Serrez l'écrou du tuyau flexible avec une clé à
molette.
Thighten the hose assembly nut with the adjustable wrench.

Raccordez les deux tuyaux d' arrivée
d' eau (froide et chaude) aux tuyaux d'entrée
d'eau du robinet.
Connect the 2 water (cold and hot) inlet hoses
to the faucet in-take pipes.

Serrez les écrous des tuyaux d'arrivée d'eau
avec une clé à molette.
Thighten the water inlet hose nuts with the
adjustable wrench.

Fixez la pesée en plomb au tuyau souple de la
douchette et serrez les deux vis à l'aide d'un
tournevis.
Affix the lead weight to the hand shower hose
assembly in place with a screwdriver.

Raccordez les tuyaux d' arrivée d'eau à leurs
valves d'arrêts respectives (froid / chaud).
Connect the water inlet hoses to their respective stop valves (cold / hot).

Serrer les deux écrous avec une clé à molette.
Thighten both nuts with the adjustable wrench.

Ouvrez l' eau à pleine capacité et laisser l'eau
froide couler pendant une minute puis l'eau
chaude pendant une autre minute pour purger
les conduits d'eau de tout résidu.
Open water at maximum capacity and let cold
water run for 1 minute, then hot water for
another minute to purge hoses and conduits
out of residues.

Installez la douchette au bout du flexible.
Install the handspray to the hose.
Remplacement de cartouche / Cartridge replacement

À l' aide de la clé hexagonale, retirez la vis qui
fixe la poignée. Puis retirez la poignée et le
capuchon de la cartouche.
Using the Allen key, pull the handle screw out.
Then remove the handle and cartridge cap.

À l' aide d'une clé à molette, retirer l' anneau
de rétention de la cartouche.

Retirez la cartouche.
Remove cartridge.
With the adjustable wrench, unscrew the cartridge retainer ring.

Entretien
Pour nettoyer votre robinet, un nettoyant liquide sans abrasifs, de l’eau chaude
et un linge doux suffiront pour faire disparaître saletés, tâches et traces d’accumulation de savon. Rincez après le nettoyage et asséchez avec un linge doux sec
pour retrouver le lustre original de votre robinet.
MAINTENANCE
Do not use harsh abrasives cleaners to clean your faucet. A mild detergent, warm
water and a soft cloth will remove normal dirt and soap accumulations on its
surface. Rinse throughly after cleaning and polish with a soft dry cloth to restore
original luster of your faucet.
