Baseball Game Sponsorship Agreement
This agreement is established between Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County, Inc., from now
on referred to as “Habitat” and

referred to as “the Sponsor”. In signing this agreement, the parties agree to the following:
1. Habitat agrees to provide the sponsor with services outlined in the 2015 Baseball
Sponsorship Package, according to the sponsorship level chosen below.
2. The Sponsor agrees to provide the following financial/In-kind support:
