In consideration of acceptance of the applicant as a member in the Bridlewood Tennis Club and payment of membership dues, the applicant (and parent or guardian) agrees to save harmless and keep indemnified the Ontario Tennis Association (OTA) and
the Bridlewood Tennis Club, their officers, directors and members, and their respective agents, officials, servants, and representatives from and against all claims, actions of classes of action, costs, expenses and demands including costs attendant thereto on
a solicitor and his own client basis, however caused, arising out of or relating to any activity of the applicant taking part or being connected to any activity of the OTA and the Bridlewood Tennis Club, whether caused by any negligence of any of the parties
hereto, or their representative agents, officials, servants or representatives, and it is understood and agreed that this agreement is to be binding on the applicant, his heirs, executors and assigns. Membership information is confidential and restricted for use
by: 1) Bridlewood Tennis Club 2) Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division, 3) Scarborough Tennis Federation (STF).
