Class Descriptions
Lap Pool Classes
AQUA BOOTCAMP: More intense, athletic cardio and strength training using the full benefit of H 2O resistance. Class to keep you moving.
AQUA CARDIO BLAST: 30+ minutes of cardiovascular training with an added strengthening and flexibility segment for well-rounded class.
AQUA COMBO: Using both traditional training and sports-based cardio. Cardio + Resistance. May contain both shallow and deep exercises.
AQUA PARTY: It’s not Aqua Cardio...It’s Aqua Party-O! Kick off the weekend with this fun pool party every Friday and get a great workout.
AQUA POWER HOUR: Ready to pump up your aqua workout & start getting RESULTS? Aqua Power Hour is a cardio & resistance challenge.
AQUA LITE: A gentler approach to lap pool exercise. Great for those wanting a lighter well-rounded workout in the cooler pool.
DEEP BLUE BOOTCAMP: This Aqua challenge has all the best deep aqua work. May include belts, noodles, and resistance exercises.
DEEP H2O: Make the water your personal trainer with this deep water interval utilizing the water resistance to amplify your workout.
H2O RUNNING & CORE: Feel the ultimate water resistance. Great cross training for athletes. 20 min. express class.
MOMMY FIT AQUA: Formerly Prenatal Aqua. Part of Mommy Fit Pre/Postnatal program. Non-members my attend this class for a fee.
MS AQUATICS: Aquatic exercise class for people with Multiple Sclerosis, or others needing exercise in cooler water.
NEXT LEVEL: For those looking to take their workout to the next level. Superior Cardio & Strength work! Class to really keep you moving.
SALSA SPLASH: MOVE & GROOVE, SPLISH & SPLASH in this latin-inspired aqua dance class that will help you shimmy your way into shape.
STEAM H.E.A.T.: High Energy Athletic Training in lap pool. Get ready to turn up the heat. This class is designed for a real challenge.
TABATA AQUA: Following principles of Tabata Training. 20 sec of max. effort followed by 10 sec. of recovery. Express class.
Therapy Pool Classes
AI CHI: Mild aerobic and relaxation program, performed in shoulder level warm water. Tai Chi movements performed in the water.
ARTHRITIS AQUA: For those that benefit from a higher level exercises, appropriate for people with arthritis, in warm water.
ARTHRITIS INTERVAL: This class is designed for people who need more cardiovascular work in the warm pool. Cardio & resistance intervals.
AQUA CORE: Incorporating some Pilates-based movements with abs, back and total core focus. A class designed to strengthen your core.
AQUA FIT: A more challenging cardio/resistance training program for those who benefit from warm water exercisers. Fun workout.
AQUA MOTION: Cardio, strength, range of motion, balance and core work. A great way to get an overall workout in the therapy pool.
AQUA PILATES: Based on Pilates method to increase strength, flexibility, balance and core stabilization. Pilates focuses on the body’s core.
HEALTHY JOINTS: A low impact class for people who would benefit from warm water. Range of motion exercises great for aching joints.
MOVE & STRETCH: Warm water class focusing on posture, stretching, and aerobic conditioning. Great overall therapy pool class.
TGIF AQUA FIT: Prepare yourself for a great weekend with this Friday afternoon all around great workout. Prepare for the weekend.
WATER WELLNESS: Increase range of motion & strengthen muscles. This class is great for easing aching joints while getting a great workout.
Classes highlighted on the front are no additional fee for facility members, and there is no registration needed.
Registration is required and there is a fee for non-members who would like to attend the highlighted classes.
Pre-Masters’: The “not-yet-ready-for” crowd has a NEW option! Intimidated by the word “masters”? Do you think that Masters’ Swim
workouts are only for those competitive, super-athletic people? Pre-Masters’ is a lap swim workout for those who can swim, but want to do so
at a less competitive pace, under the direction of a coach. First month is FREE, then add it to your membership for only $10/month.
Masters’ Swim: To participate in Masters’ workouts, a minimum age of 18 is required. It is recommended that participants feel comfortable
swimming freestyle with efficient side breathing technique. The entire pool is reserved for Masters’ Swim during class times. Pool usage during Masters’ Swim times is dependent on Masters’ Swim attendance and up to the discretion of the Masters’ Coach. First month is FREE,
then add it to your membership for only $10/month.
Please Note:
1. Classes and instructors may change due to low attendance at any time.
2. Master Swim times reserve the entire lap pool. Additional usage depends on the number of swimmers.
3. Two lap lanes will remain open for lap swimming during class times. If the instructor does
not need to utilize the space, a third lane may be opened for lap swimming. This choice will
be to the instructor’s discretion.
