Cario Bands Program Concert Evaluation Form General Requirements: Please refer to the Band Handbook ~ Outside Concert Attendance ✓ You are only allowed to use one football game halftime show as a concert requirement, and you must write a critique of the performance. ✓ Attend concerts where your instrument is played, and attach a program . ✓ Each student is required to attend a minimum of 2 concerts per semester. Concerts in which the student performs do not count. th ✓ You must attend 3 concerts (a total of 6 per school year) to be considered for “6 Grade Honor th th Medal” and “Honor Band” for 7 & 8 grade.
