Aqua Zumba - Latin-inspired dance workout in water.
Aqua Fit - Cardio and resistant training in the water, so you can jump
without impact, strengthen without soreness the next day and yes, it is
hard (if you want it to be)!
Body Blast - A class that lasts one and half hours combining step and
traditional aerobic routines for starters, followed by exercises to target
those troublesome areas.
Body Sculpt - Class designed to hit all the areas of the body in one!
Targeting each area of the body using a variety of weights and techniques,
this class will find muscles you didn’t know you had! A great class to give
all areas of the body a blast and all to great music! All fitness levels
welcome.
Buggy Bootcamp - A circuit style workout that will tone your whole body.
Open to all abilities, no need for a babysitter as you can bring your baby
along in their pram/buggy.
Cardio Box - A circuit based class built around boxing skills drills using
weights, boxing bags and bodyweight exercises.
A fun class that tones and sculpts whilst improving your overall
cardiovascular fitness levels. You will know you have done this one!
Diamond Club - A range of instructor lead activities for our 60+ members
every Thursday. Come and enjoy fun, fitness and a cuppa.
Disco Spin - This indoor cycling class allows you to sweat in a dimly lit
studio that pumps heart-pounding music to the rhythm of the beat. This
class packs an amazing atmosphere, in a club like manner. There's
nothing like finishing a class feeling exhausted, accomplished and
empowered.
Dru Yoga - Dru Yoga classes consist of a mixture of warm ups, posture
work, breathing techniques and relaxation delivered in a flowing style
which stretch, strengthen and energise the body and which can help still
the mind. It’s a great way to leave the week behind and reconnect with
yourself.
MESS Workout - Intense, controlled circuit style workout in a class format.
Focus is on Mobility, Endurance, Strength and Stability.
Pilates - This mind-body workout will develop your strength, flexibility and
endurance while challenging your core.
Pump & Tone - A weights based class, designed to flow to the music with the
emphasis being on to tone, strengthen your entire body.
Spinning - Step onto the spinner bike, begin to pedal. Feel your legs begin to
work with the rhythm. Learn, experience to engage your mind and your body.
This class will develop leg strength, endurance, stamina. Ride safely,
effectively with good technique. Nothing fancy, just riding your bike,
simulating cycling encountered on the road. Wearing a heart rate monitor is a
great tool to gauge your effort.
Spin Strength Spin - A mixture of traditional intense spinning mixed with
intense body weight exercises to challenge you.
Step Aerobics - An intense aerobics class using the step box that will pay
particular emphasis on the hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. This is a
class that follows a choreographed routine to music.
Studio Cycling - A 45 minute studio based cycling class, that builds stamina
and endurance whist burning off those calories. Let your instructor take you
through your paces as you sprint and climb hills to music. A great class to
see your fitness levels improve very quickly.
Super Set Saturday - Take your fitness to the next level! A class based on
endurance, stamina and strength.
Swiss Ball - Core stability class on an unstable surface to constantly
challenge your strength, stability and balance.
Total Combat - An energetic martial arts inspired workout, fully
choreographed to music. Using punching and kicking combinations taken
from all aspects of the martial arts history. Fun and extremely fierce - bring
every ounce of energy - you'll need it!
Yoga Vinyasa Flow - Is derived from Ashtanga yoga however it takes on a
rhythmical flow connecting each movement with a unifying breath, often set to
music. The class is focussed on the natural movement of your body. This can
be a more physically challenging yoga class so you should leave the class
feeling that you have worked and been wonderfully stretched.
Essential Core - You will complete balance exercises followed by floor
work with and without additional equipment, the class is designed to
challenge your vital core muscles.
GRIT Cardio - 30 minute high intensity interval workout that improves
cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn.
GRIT Plyo - 30 minute high intensity interval training plyometric-based
workout designed to make you perform like an athlete.
GRIT Strength - 30 minute high intensity interval training designed to
improve strength and build lean muscle.
Kettlebells - Combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training in
this high intensity class. This class will work several muscles
simultaneously and exercises are repeated continuously for several
minutes or with short breaks.
Kundalini Yoga - A typical class consists of a kriya (a set of exercises,
often done to music, in a specific order and for a specific benefit), followed
by a deep relaxation and a meditation, this can be enjoyed by everyone.
LBT (Legs Bums and Tums) - Exercises that are moving and static to
improve muscular strength, endurance and core.
Meta-Extreme - A combination of interval and muscle confusion circuits to
challenge the body, it’s designed for all fitness levels. It will kick start your
metabolism and even keep it fired up for hours after your workout!
Booking policy: Members can book 8 days in advance. Non-members
can book 7 days in advance and full payment is required at time of
booking. Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice must be given if you wish
to cancel a class. Failure to give notice will result in the cost of the
class added to your account and you will receive a debtor’s email.
Payment for the cancelled class/court must be paid prior to using the
facilities again.
It is essential that you be on time for your class. If you miss the warm up
you will not be able to participate in the class.
