KIND ATTENTION OF ALL POPPY SEEDS IMPORTER IS DRAWN FOR
REGISTRATION OF SALE CONTRACT OF IMPORT OF POPPY SEEDS IN TO INDIA
FOR THE YEAR 2015-16
All poppy seeds importers who have been registered for sale contract for import
of poppy seeds during the year 2014-15, were required to submit the details of
the imports against their registered sale contract immediately after the import
was made, but it has been noticed that most of the importers have not submitted
so far the required details along with the documents duly endorsed by the custom
authorities.
Therefore all poppy seeds importers are hereby requested
to
submit; (1) Details of total quantity of poppy seeds imported by 20th May, 2015;
(ii) Details of imports along with the documents duly endorsed by the Custom
authorities within 15 days through e-mail to official e-mail address
[email protected], failing which, the companies will not be registered for import of
poppy seeds during 2015-16 and may be blacklisted for future.
