The New York Palace, a New York City luxury hotel, was interested in maximizing
bookings for their high-end suite accommodations by targeting an affluent
audience that had booked a flight to New York City.
The specific goals were to: 1) Increase revenue and occupancy for their luxury
suite accommodations, and 2) Generate awareness and recognition for The
Towers at The New York Palace, which houses 176 luxurious guest rooms and
suites.
The New York Palace worked with HeBS Digital to launch a campaign through
Adara, a Top Travel Network with first-party travel data from airlines and other
travel planning resources, which allows advertisers to target high-end customers
known to be traveling to a destination during a specific time.
The eye-catching banners featured visuals of the suite accommodations, as well
as marketing messages promoting suite promotions, packages, and discounts.
The campaign resulted in generating over $171K in revenue and a Return on Ad
Spend of 2067 percent.
