SAVE THE STARTING FILE BEFORE YOU OPEN IT!
DO NOT OPEN IN SIMNET!
In Access NEVER click the FILE tab then Save As !
This will give you multiple copies of the Access file!

Click on "ID" then click the Name & Caption button to enter DoctorID
Click "Click to Add" at the top of the next available column,
select the Data Type, then type the Field Name. Repeat for all new fields.
There are NO SPACES in any of the field names.
DO NOT change the field names,
On the Home tab, click the View button and go to Design view
Click on each field and make the changes to the field properties at the bottom
On the Home tab, click the View button, and go to Datasheet view
You might want to run a spell check when done. Do not change any of the names.
In Datasheet view, place pointer between field names and double click like in Excel
Go to the Design view to change alignment
Go to Datasheet view, Home tab, last button in the Text Formatting group
In Datasheet view, click the arrow next to Tenant Since
Click the FILE tab then View and edit database properties
CLOSE - DO NOT SAVE - THE ACCESS DATABASE FILE

Be sure to go to Table Design to be in Design view
THIS STEP MUST BE CORRECT!
The relationship must be BoatID to FKBoatID (both have "BoatID")
Look at the picture in the directions.
Must have ALREADY downloaded and extracted the Excel file.
CLOSE - DO NOT SAVE - THE ACCESS DATABASE FILE

The "Insert Columns" button is on the Query Tools/Design tab, Query Setup group
Type this EXACTLY as shown. Be sure there is a colon after Doctor
Type this EXACTLY as shown. Be sure there is a colon after DaysPaidEarly
Type this EXACTLY as shown. Be sure there is a colon after NetRent
This goes on the Criteria: line under LastName
This goes on the or: line under DueDate
