Anthony ‘Tony’ Baruffi CFA
Tony has over 21 years of experience researching,
analyzing, and managing investment portfolios for not-forprofit institutions, corporations, and private clients. Tony
began his career as a global bond and currency trader for
Payden & Rygel, an institutional investment firm located in
Los Angeles. He then went on to work at the Capital Group
helping price complex securities before he moved back
home to Seattle. In Seattle, he became a Principal and
Portfolio Manager at Sirach Capital Management before
joining Pugh Capital Management to help manage bond
portfolios for large pension funds and endowments.
Tony then joined SNW Asset Management where he
helped manage over $1.7 billion in client assets as Senior
Portfolio Manager and head of the investment committee.
He most recently was at McMillen & Company Capital
Management, where he was the Chief Investment Officer
and helped manage the investments of not-for-profit
endowments and high net worth families. Tony currently
serves on the Board of Trustees for Mutual of Enumclaw
Insurance, where he is also the chair of the board’s
investment committee. Tony holds a degree in Economics
from Pepperdine University and the professional
designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
