Thank you for your past sponsorship of the Landscape Beautification Awards. We are writing to invite your
participation again this year in our 56th annual awards celebration.
This years’ event will be held on Saturday, June 20th at the Valley Crest Specimen Nursery in Sunland ~
6:00 pm for the cocktail reception, with dinner at 7:00 pm followed by the awards presentation.
We are pleased to say that the cost for the awards sponsorship of this prestigious event has remained the
same as last year and we have held the lower awards entry price from last year to encourage participation in
this year’s event as well.
Your sponsorship helps defray the costs associated with putting together an event of this magnitude.
Sponsors will be publically recognized at the event by our Master of Ceremonies, as well as on signage, in
the printed program and during the multi-media awards show. In addition, if you are one of our category
sponsors, your company’s name will be engraved on the plaque given to the winners and you will be invited
to present the award. All sponsors will be listed in the post awards issue of Valleyscape magazine and on the
chapter website, too.
Please complete the enclosed sponsorship form and return to the chapter office along with your payment to
the San Fernando Valley Chapter of CLCA by May 22, 2015. If you sponsored an award last year you will
be given priority to sponsor that same award again this year, so be sure to get your form in early to assure
your position. The enclosed form reflects your prior sponsorship category.
