Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Size:
 Maximum poster size is 4ft (120cm) wide and 4ft (120cm) high. Poster boards are 9 ft wide, so
there will be two posters per board. Please respect the presenter next to you by keeping to the
maximum width of 4ft.
 Poster boards are Velcro-receptive only. Velcro tabs will be made available for poster
presenters.
Poster Set-up:
 Poster set-up is scheduled for 5:00pm-7:00pm on Monday, June 15th and 7:30am-8:30am on
Tuesday, June 16th.
Poster Presentation Times:
 Poster presenters must be at their posters during the following times:
o Tuesday, June 16th from 3:00pm to 3:45pm
o Wednesday, June 17th from 9:35am to 10:20am
 Student presenters must be at both poster sessions to be eligible for an award.
Poster Tear-Down:
 Posters must be removed by 5:00pm on Wednesday, June 17th. Note that students who remove
their poster before 1:00pm on Wednesday June 17th will not be eligible for an award.
 If you are unable to remove your poster by the 5:00pm deadline, conference organizers will
remove the poster for you. You may retrieve your poster from the registration desk area.
