The Agile Management Paradigm

Managing a project by the Agile methodology is difficult.

There are several things to be taken care of like:
1.
Project members
2.
Tickets(tasks) in the project
3.
Number of tasks to be done, in progress and completed
4.
The members to whom the tasks have been assigned
5.
Several deadlines, task priorities etc.
Our App provides a simple solution to all the problems mentioned
above.
SCRUMit – The Agile Management
App

The app has been created by keeping in mind all the problems that
a SCRUM master faces in managing a project.

It provides simple solution in the following ways :
1.
Login using User name and Password.
2.
Ability to create multiple projects.
3.
Ability to add tickets(tasks) to the created projects.
4.
Edit the ticket details like changing priority, status, assigned member
etc.
5.
Visualization for the entire project in the form of graphs & charts.
The Login Screen

Provides an entry point into the app.

Lets the user enter Name, Email-ID,
contact and password.

Stores details for future reference.

Takes the user into project home screen.
The Projects Home Screen & Edit
Screen

This screen displays all the
projects that exist on the local
device.

Lets add new projects using
the “Add” button.

Displays project number along
with project name, client
name, and the stipulated
deadline for it.

The Edit Project screen lets us
add members to this project
and also lets us change
deadline.
The Tickets Home Screen

This screen displays all the tickets under the
selected project.

The tickets have been classified under 3 tabs
namely : To-do, Doing & Done.

Tickets can be created using the “Add” button.

The ticket note displays important information such
as “created by”, “assigned to”, type of ticket.

The tickets are color coded by priority.

Clicking on the ticket number takes to Edit Ticket
page whereas long clicking displays other ticket
details.
The Edit Ticket Screen

This interface lets us change several ticket
properties like moving it from “to-do” to “doing”,
“doing” to “done”

We can assign the ticket to any of the project
members

We can change the priority of the ticket.

Option has been given to make notes about this
ticket which will be displayed as a list when this
ticket is long clicked in the tickets home page.

An option to delete the ticket has been provided
which removes the ticket from the entire system.
The Stats Screen

This screen provides us with analytics regarding the
projects by plotting graphs like pie charts and bar
charts.

The Scrum manager gets to choose from the
options as he wishes, depending on what he
wishes to visualize.

Once the graph to be plotted is selected, the user
is taken to another screen, where a full screen
graph is plotted and displayed.
The Graphs Plotted
