We are no longer enrolling students in our summer program.
At this time, we have no more openings. If you would like to
be put on a waiting list, please email Anne Bravard at
[email protected] or call Caloosa Elementary School at
574-3113. As the summer progresses, we will let you know if
a space becomes available. Thank you.
CAMP CALOOSA SUMMER RECREATION 2015
Dear Parents:
Our staff is very excited about this year’s adventure. We will be travelling to
some new places this year on our field trips and we will be rotating through
activities such as arts and crafts, computers, game time and more!
PAYMENT – Payment is $100.00 per week for the weeks your child attends,
plus a onetime, nonrefundable activity fee of $50.00 that covers the
summer. A check for $150.00 needs to accompany the registration form
(get a copy at here) when it is sent in. Payment needs to be made by Friday
for the next week – accounts have to be kept up to date for your child to
stay in the program. Please put your child’s first and last name on the
checks and make payable to: CALOOSA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
DROP – OFF & PICK-UP – Program starts at 7:00 AM. Students must be
walked in and signed in. All the children will meet in the Camp Game Room
(cafeteria). Pick up will be in the front lobby of the school. Please be on
time – there will be a late fee after 6:00 P.M.
DISCIPLINE – Our Policy will be the same as in the After School Program – If
you don’t have a copy of our After School Handbook, please ask for one at
the Office.
FIELD TRIPS – On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays we will
be busing the children to activities – Your $50.00 Activity Fee will cover the
cost of the trips – On these days, it is very important that you have your
child at school by the departure time listed on your calendar. The calendar
will be sent home in May.
LUNCH & SNACKS - Your child needs to bring a lunch, drinks and two snacks
Monday thru Friday.
MEDICATIONS – Any medications that your child needs to take during
the program must be registered with the Program Director.
SUGGESTIONS – Tennis shoes are recommended daily – PLEASE PUT
YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS – We request that
toys, games, etc. not be brought from home. We will not be responsible
for cell phones, video games or toys that are brought to camp.
