By Train
- Exit the station Entrecampos on Av. da República;
- Walk approximately 250m towards the Entre Campos roundabout;
- At the roundabout, turn left (Av. das Forças Armadas), go up approximately 150m in the Sete Rios direction (up the hill) and you will find the
entrance to the ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon on your right.

- Take the bus number 701 or 754;
- Get out at the “Av. das Forças Armadas” stop;
- The entrance to the ISCTE-IUL is located on the right-hand side
(if you are going up the hill).
By Subway
- Exit the station Entrecampos on Av. da República;
- Walk approximately 150m towards the Entre Campos roundabout;
- At the roundabout, turn left (Av. das Forças Armadas), go up approximately
150m in the Sete Rios direction (up the hill) and you will find the entrance to the
ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon on your right.

Booth Information
The exhibition booths for projects, academic institutions and other non-profit organizations are 4 sqm (2 x 2 m) in size and cost
€900,00 (incl. VAT 23%) for the full duration of the exhibition. The price includes one full week pass (including conference dinner). It is not possible to hire a booth for just one day, or any other fraction of the exhibition. Commercial organisations interested in
having a booth should contact the local organisers to discuss a sponsorship agreement.
The booth registration fee includes:
- Carpet roll cover
- One table and two chairs.
- Gray, white panels 2 meters high by 2 meter wide.
- 2 spots lights of 100 w. by 3 square meters.
- Electricity box with 3 sockets.
* If you need any additional technical equipment that is not listed here, please
fill in the order form you can find attached at the end of this document.

Allocation of the exhibition space
Decisions regarding admission of exhibitors and exhibits as well as the
allocation of space and the placement of booths are at the sole discretion of the Conference Organizer. However, the Conference Organizer will
try to ensure that all exhibitor’s expectations and wishes are satisfied.
The allocation of the stands/space will be made on a “first come - first
served” basis.
All stands will be in the coffee break area, equally distributed with respect to the coffee tables to ensure visibility at all places.
Payment Terms
100% of the total amount upon signature of the contract.
If the exhibitor does not observe these terms, the Organizers may cancel
the reserved space and rent it to another exhibitor without being obliged
to reimburse the deposit paid.

Setting up the exhibition

the exhibition if unforeseen circumstances happen. In the event
of a cancellation, the Organizers will reimburse the amount
paid to the exhibitor.
Booths will be set up on Friday 15th May from 15:00h to 18:30h. Once the
booths are built you can bring your material. The venue will also be open on
Monday 18th May at 8:00h. The exhibition opens at 9:00h.

- Before 3rd of April 2015
- After 4th of April 2015 no reimbursement will be made.
Exhibition materials should be sent directly to the conference
venue. The address is:
Each booth will be clearly labeled with the name of its organization. A detailed floor plan, displaying all the booths and their allocated exhibitors, will be
released in due time. It will not be possible to accommodate the preferences of individual exhibitors. Once the booth location is assigned it cannot be
changed.
The organizers of the EGI Conference 2015 will not be responsible for any
item or material lost or misplaced during the exhibition, either during or
after opening hours.
Dismantling

The booths cannot be dismantled before the official end of the exhibition on Friday 22th May at 12:00. If you are an exhibitor, please take this
into consideration when making your travel arrangements.

All materials should be removed from the exhibition floor on Friday
22th May before 18:00. The organizers of the EGI Conference 2015 will not
be responsible for any items or material that has not been removed once
the event is finished.
