ProducTion PrivEe is a small french-owned company based in Andorra,
specializing in hardtail frames and full range of cockpit and components. Production Privée is
born from the meeting of two friends who have been working for several years in the MTB
industry.
We are pleased to have Cedric Gracia among our ranks as he has been riding a Production
Privée cockpit since the beginning of our company in 2011, and still does to this date. In
addition, we worked together to develop the Mini CG pushbike, as well as our bars and stems
range with each part being tested and validated by him before its release. CG's
experience is very valuable and allows us to fully optimize each detail of our products.
Production Privée‘s state of mind is all about innovation with a new approach to the product.
Whether it be a functional or aesthetic point of view, nothing is left to chance. Materials,
manufacturing processes, supplier selection, we choose what is most effective in each area
without compromise. The product is at the center of our attention and is considered as a whole.
We design and develop every single product in house, in Andorra.

FRAMES
Our frames are one of the most high-end and efficient cromoly
frames that can be found on the market.
SHAN
Enduro frame, for 160mm travel fork.
Designed without any compromise, this is
THE trail weapon for those living in mountain
area.
OKA
Trail frame, for 140 to 120 mm travel fork .
Lighter and with even better pedaling
efficiency, this frame is perfect for those
riding in hilly areas.
Ktp flex
As for the rest of our products, we did not
want to compromise on anything for the
conception of our frames. Every idea we
thought to be good was applied, even if it
was complicated or expensive.
So we developed the KTP flex
system, which allows more grip, more
comfort and more efficiency in down hill
sections!
To achieve the optimum vertical flexibility of our frame rear end:
-  We use high-end cromoly tubes.
-  We use specific bladed tubes for the chainstays and the seatstays
-  We do not use bridge between chainstays
-  The seatstays are not heat treated to allow a maximum flexibility.

PP cockpit
Our stems and bars were designed to
work together in terms of mechanical
performance, but also in terms of design
and settings features.
One of the key assets of our cockpits is
how easy it is to adjust the handlebar in
the stem: you just have to align the two
stripes of the handlebar with the stripes of
the stem, and the handlebar is perfectly
centered.
The angle landmark on the stem and the
marks on the handlebar allow to adjust the
angle in order to optimize the riding
position.

landmark to set the spacing and angle of
the brake levers. Made by laser engraving,
it allows a quick and precise adjustment of
the cockpit !
On each side of the handlebars, the marks
allow to cut precisely to the desired width!

maximize adhesion between the handlebar
and stem.

Our 27,5’’ Shan and Oka frames come with fitted 142x12 mm
hangers, but in addition to the typical replacement right hanger, we do
offer a selection of optionnal hangers.

Even if we produce hardtail frames, here
at PP we have been thinking about those
riding full suspension bikes. This is why we
have developed offset bushings, an easy
way to tune the geometry of a full
suspension bike by shortening the eye-toeye length of the shock.
This result in a slacker head tube angle
and a lower BB. Our offset reducers are
designed to shorten the length of the
shock of 3mm. Depending on the
suspension design BB can be lowered
from 5 to 10mm and the head angle from
−0,5º to −1º.
