*You must have a 2015-2016 UIL physical form (updated 2015-2016 UIL form) and consent form on file to
participate in any of these activities!*
You will need to park in “C” lot (behind Lamkin playground) for all summer athletic activities and enter
the walkway by the tennis courts.

Freshman Football- issue football equipment at 9:00am at Cy-Fair High School
Athletic Field House see parking note above (practice will follow)
Varsity 8am and JV be here at 9am for locker issue (practice will follow)

Mon. – Thurs. Varsity 9:00am; All Teams 10:30am-1:30pm

Athletes may bring a lunch and eat in the field house between practices.
Attendance to all practices is mandatory!
You must have a current athletic physical and consent form to participate.
