EADMS (Educators’ Assessment and Data Management System) Response Entry and Scanning Options for Benchmark 1 To enter test responses into EADMS first login. Here is the link: https://www.eadms.com/EADMSX Your district email is your username. Your initial password will be “dinuba2014”. You will be prompted to change your password. In the future you will use the EADMS “Forgot Username/Password?” link if you cannot remember your login information. If your password does not work please email Michael Akins ([email protected]) Once logged in you will be on the EADMS homepage. Click on the Input Responses link. This will take you to your Input/Edit Responses page. Select the test you would like to enter scores for and click on the Select link. This will then take you to your Input/Edit Responses page EADMS (Educators’ Assessment and Data Management System) Response Entry and Scanning Options for Benchmark 1 To enter your students’ responses you will need to click on the Edit button for the first student to enter their scores. Click on the first question’s pull-­‐down menu and select a score. You will now be able to TAB (using your tab key) to the next question. Using your ten-­‐key keypad or the number row you can now enter the score for each question and tab to the next score and enter the value. Currently you must use this drop-­‐down menu method to enter rubric scores in order for them to tie-­‐in with the associated standard. We are working with EADMS to look at other online entry option. Entry Tip: If you would like your browser image to enlarge so you can see the score entry better, hold down the Command key (just to the right of you space bar on a Mac ) or Control Key on a PC and the “+” key on the number row. Use the “-­‐“ key to make your browser image smaller. When you have entered a student’s scores you will need to click on the Update link. Make sure not to click the Cancel link, as the scores will be deleted for that student. OPTION TWO –Print Scan Sheets You can also print Scan sheets for students or TEACHERS to use. Very similar to DataWise. Your leaders ship team can also print and scan for you this first time around. From the Home screen please click on the Print Test Materials button. EADMS (Educators’ Assessment and Data Management System) Response Entry and Scanning Options for Benchmark 1 This will take you to Print Test Materials Select Test page: You will want to filter the tests by Category (District Benchmark) and Test Level (Your Grade Level) click on Print. From the What would you like to print? selection window click on the Scan Sheets radio button. Click on Print. You want to use the Pre-­‐ID Sheets for the Benchmark. Click the Next button EADMS (Educators’ Assessment and Data Management System) Response Entry and Scanning Options for Benchmark 1 From this page you can select a class if you have site or district access. Teaches should show see their classes. Please let me know if your class is not showing up. Click on the Generate button. The scans will download as a PDF. If you choose to print All of the teachers for a grade level they will download sorted by teacher. Remember, when using Adobe Acrobat to print to Select Page Scaling “None” in older versions or Size Options “Actual Size” in newer versions.
