This year, the Dominican American
National Roundtable (DANR) has
partnered with The City University of New
York to host its 18th Annual Conference at
the Graduate Center located in a historic
landmark building at the northeast corner
of 34th Street and Fifth Avenue right
across the corner from the iconic Empire
State Building. !
The DANR Conference is considered to
be among the most important events of
the year on the calendars of U.S. diverse
communities. !

During the Conference, sponsors take full
advantage of the numerous opportunities
to market, recruit from, and network with
hundreds of attendees and Latino
professionals, educators, artists, elected
o f fi c i a l s , c o m m u n i t y l e a d e r s ,
businesspeople, union leaders, sports
celebrities, religious leaders and college
students coming from across the United
States, Puerto Rico and the Dominican
Republic.!

The Dominican American National Roundtable (DANR)
is a 501 (c)3 tax-exempt organization based in
Washington, DC with the mission of advocating for the
socio-economic and civic advancement of Dominicans
in the United States and territories, including Puerto
Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. DANR has individual
and organizational members, and operates in
partnership with local chapters of the National
Dominican American Council (NDAC). As stipulated in
its Bylaws, DANR is governed by a National Board of
Directors presided over by an Executive Committee
lead by a President, a Vice President, a Chairman, a
Treasurer & Vice President for Puerto Rico and U.S.
Virgin Islands, and a Youth National President.
