TICKETS
 Tickets will be sold on Saturday, April 11th in the fieldhouse lobby. Tickets are limited to availability; once we are
sold out, we will not sell any additional tickets. There will be 540 tickets available this year for prom, due to the
capacity limitations on the boat. If tickets remain after sales end on April 11th, ticket sales will continue before and
after school in the attendance office with Mrs. Hopp. You must have the completed Prom Ticket Form, a student ID,
and payment to buy your prom ticket. If your date is not from Dundee-Crown, you must complete the Prom Date
Request Form and turn it in to the Dean’s office BEFORE April 2ndth.
PRICE
 The price of the ticket is $115 per ticket (check or money order only unless purchased online). Note: A returned
check will result in the cancellation of your ticket. Checks should be made out to Dundee-Crown High School.
TABLES
 Buses and tables will be filled in order of tickets purchased. To ensure you are at a table and on a bus with your
friends, make sure everyone purchases their tickets at the same time. Have all paperwork for your group together
to be purchased together. Spaces will not be saved. The order in which you purchase your ticket is the order in
which you will be assigned a seat. One person can buy an entire tables tickets – you need not be present to
purchase your ticket! Questions about this should be directed to Mrs. Hopp in the attendance office.
PICTURES
 Prom check-in, parent reception, and pictures will be held from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm in the field house. This is the
only time professional photos will be taken—do not be late! You are encouraged to arrive early if you want to
guarantee a picture.
 Prom picture forms may be picked up when you purchase your tickets and you will pay for the pictures at prom.
Checks are to be made out to HR Imaging.
DRESS
 Appropriate dress is required throughout the evening as this is a formal affair. No hats, shorts, or tuxedo shorts
(keep your shirts on guys). Inappropriate dancing will not be tolerated. Ladies remember that shoes must be worn
at all times, so plan accordingly (bring flip flops if you plan on taking your shoes off at any point in the night).
BEHAVIOR
 School District 300 prohibits the possession of, control of, consumption of, or being under the influence of drugs or
alcohol. Any violation of these rules will result in parents/guardians being called to pick up the students/guests
immediately. Students will be subject to disciplinary action. A breathalyzer test will be administered if you are
believed to be under the influence of alcohol.
 Smoking is prohibited on school grounds, the bus, the hotel, and on the boat—this is a smoke free activity (even if
you are 18 years of age).
BUSES
 Buses will be boarded at Dundee-Crown at 5:45 pm to leave for the hotel. All students/guests are required to ride
the bus to and from prom. We will arrive back at school at approximately 3:00 am.
