Over the years, Dinara Developers Limited has emerged to become a firm that
offers development of quality and affordable housing.
Dinara Developers Limited started out by selling land; buying large tracks of land
then subdividing them for sale to individuals. With time it became clear that the
clients were in need of a better offer thus the company started adding value to the
land before selling.
Ultimately, with many enquiries on residential housing from clients the company
started developing housing units. Our main focus being affordability so as to
capture the middle class buyers. Also we aim to be one of the big players in
meeting the housing demand which now stands at 200,000 units per year.
