GENERAL PHOTOGRAPHERS AND TV OPERATORS SECURITY RULES DURING RACING EVENT
1. During all event, all media representatives must wear bright color “PRESS” wests. These wests are the only legal permission and
visible material indicating the permission to work during the event. 2. Individuals, working in the event must be very careful. Safety
and wellbeing depends on themselves. It is legally right not only in mechanics territory but in pre-start zone too, as well as in
participants territory. Motorcycles may move fast and can come unexpected.

Individuals must unconditionally listen to security and other officials. Any ignorance of their demands and requests
may cost the permission and accreditation.

While working in mechanics zone and/or prestart territory, take only the necessary attributes. Please give unnecessary material
to security or organizers personnel. ATTENTION: photos or video made with digital cameras must be checked outside the track.

Never go too close to motorcycles. Leave some space for mechanics and personnel taking care of motorcycle. Do not touch
the motorcycles. Remember, that some parts might be very hot. Never kneel down to make a good shot, it might unexpectedly move.

Be very careful working in a track, next to it or in mechanics zone. You might be injured by broken motorcycle part. Always
pay attention to surroundings and technique that are close to you. Always be ready to hide and know where to and how.

Have in mind, that 1 minute pre-start time counts to you, too. You have to leave the racing track together with mechanics and
all support staff. Remember, that when motorcycle is moving to track no people might be allowed in a track. Remember, that when
motorcycle moves already, it is not allowed to run or to cross the racing track in order to find a ‘got spot’ or to make ‘better shot’. The
racing/ competition area is strictly prohibited for walking or/and running. Please make sure you have a permission to cross it. Walking
in competition area might cost you a permission. The press accreditation will be taken from you without any further notice.
Security personnel will lead you to spectator’s zone.

It is allowed to make photos and to videotape the event in secure places only. The secure places are indicated by official
persons and personnel. However, do not forget about all security restrictions that are legal in all places and spots. You cannot stay
behind blocks straight away, remember, that all places must be indicated by official personnel only.
8.
Never stand to close to fire rescuers and ambulances or medics as they might need to move very quickly. You
cannot be in their way in case of movement.
9.
In prestart and mechanics zone stay as long as you need for your job to be done.
ATTENTION! IF YOU HAVE NOTICED THAT SOME OTHER YOUR COLLEAGUE OR SPECTATOR IS NOT ACTING
SAFELY AND ACCORDING TO ALL SECURITY RULES AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE INFORM THEM ABOUT THAT AND
WORN THEM. IF THERE IS NO REASON FOR SECURITY NOT TO ALLOW TO GO TO ANY OF PLACES, PLEASE INFORM
THE ORGANIZERS.
RULES HAVE BEEN READ AND I PROMISE TO TAKE THEM INTO CONSIDERATION. ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY IS
BEYOND MYSEF AND NOONE ELSE. IF ANY ACCIDENT HAPPENS WHEN I AM NOT IN GENERAL SPECATORS ZONE,
I REMEMBER ABOUT THE RULES AND I TAKE IT INTO CONSIDERATION.
