Payment: pre-payment 50% at order, balance before shipment.

Warranty: 6 months on all parts, parts supplied ex-factory, labour in not included.
Lead times are calculated from date of order acceptance.
Packaging: Machines are shipped in untreated wooden crates, largely pre-assembled.
Professional installation is required for the Spineflex and SAP (installation cost quoted separately).
