IV. Recipes for a nutritious, healthy and delicious breakfast! Give your mother a
break! Collect the following ingredients from your mother to prepare some
yummy snacks:
a. Sprouts - Soak seeds of different varieties overnight, allow them
to sprout. Add salt, pepper, chat masala and squeeze a few drops of
lemon over it. Garnish with pomegranates or other fruits of your
choice. Relish the tasty snack.
b. Sandwich - Take two slices of bread, add a layer of sauce
over one slice. Cut slices of cucumber tomato, boiled potato
a layer of cheese place the other slice over it. Your healthy
sandwich is ready!
c. Lemonade is one of the most enjoyable summer drinks; it refreshes and quenches our
thirst. It is especially good during summers!
Ingredients
 3 Lemons
 5 cups (1L) of cold water
 1⁄4–1 cup of sugar
Preparation
Squeeze juice from 4-5 lemons add it to a litre of water add sufficient amount of
sugar to the juice and stir well.
