From its humble beginnings that trace back to an investment club in 1957, Dundee first incorporated in 1984 and became a publicly
traded company in 1991 when it was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol DC.A.
Over the past quarter of a century, Dundee has been the founder and initial operator of several businesses that have grown to
valuations worth billions of dollars. From incubation through to construction and operation, we have continually proven our ability
to add value and strengthen the positions of great companies.

As the advisory division of DundeeWealth
Inc., the retail brokerage of over 900
Financial Advisors grew to $30 billion in
Assets Under Administration (AUA) upon
its sale to Scotiabank in 2011.
