planning and close financial scrutiny and oversight. With over $12 million in looming township debt, we
cannot afford to continue down the BORROW-TAX-SPEND road of the past.
• We will make distinctions between "needs" vs. "wants" and be willing to say "NO" when the costs
outweigh the benefits.
• We will promote shared services when opportunities to save your tax dollars without sacrificing
service levels exists.

• We are principled advocates of professionalism and teamwork and expect this in all areas of our
municipal government.
• We will competently represent the township in all liaison and committee roles.
• We will respect the right of thoughtful and meaningful discussions and debate; we will not,
however, continue the more recent pattern of political grand-standing to promote personal agendas that
have halted the township from moving forward.
