If payment is not received prior to the convention, you may pay the full amount on-­‐site. On-­‐site registration must be paid by cash. No checks will be accepted on-­‐site. If a check is returned by the bank for insufficient funds, full payment must include an additional $30 for bank processing charges and must be paid with a cashier’s check or money order. Refunds and Cancellations A full refund or cancellation will be made if a written request is received by EPRNM on or before April 21, 2015. After that date, a $20.00 administrative fee will be retained. No refunds will be made after April 29, 2015.
