We offer one, two and three bedroom luxury apartment homes. If you haven’t already done so, please
take a look at our website at www.elmhurstvillage-apts.com . We are conveniently located about a mile
from the Central Florida Greeneway (FL-417) and four miles from both Full Sail University and UCF. FL417 provides easy access to major highways, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. And we are just
minutes away from Winter Park and downtown Orlando.
We have some of the largest floor plans in the area. We are running a great Special if you apply by
June 20! Our application fee, which is normally $75 per applicant, has been reduced to just $45 TOTAL
regardless of how many applicants you have. Our admin fee is normally $250 but is now reduced to just
$150. (The admin fee is refunded to you if we do not approve your application.)
We have greatly reduced our rents. THE SOONER YOU MOVE IN, THE MORE YOU SAVE.
We also offer Preferred Employer Benefits if you work for one of our preferred employers.
