EPJ High School Announcements
1. Volleyball Players- BCU or Augie team camp payment is due to the office or Coach today, May 8th.
Each camp is $30. You will not be on the roster if you do not pay by today.
2. All library materials are due today Friday, May 8th. Student checkout will resume on Saturday,
May 16th.
3. Sign up in the office if you are interested in joining the dance team for next school. Year. Practice
and tryout information to come soon.
4. Volunteers are needed for the library's Summer Reading program. The program runs for 6 weeks in
June and July. Contact Mrs. Wilkinson in the library if interested.
5. We are looking for responsible individuals that know the game of baseball and/or softball, who
would like to umpire for the 2015 baseball/softball season. Most games are after 5pm MonThursday evenings. If you are interested please call or text John Gale at 605-670-2487 or email

6. Seniors, please check your Meal Account balance in the office. All fees and balances MUST be
paid in full before graduation.
7. To celebrate the end of the school year, the student council will be hosting its semesterly Pizza
Palooza during lunch on Thursday, May 14th. Tickets will be sold on Friday, May 8th, Monday, May
11th, and Tuesday, May 12th before school and during both lunches. Tickets are $4 per person. A
ticket will get you two generous slices of pizza, a pop, and a dessert treat. Remember, Pizza
Palooza is the only lunch option for high schoolers on Thursday, May 14th. If you do not buy a ticket,
you need to bring a lunch from home.
8. 2015-2016 student council members – remember to work the pizza palooza ticket sales shifts
you’ve signed up for. Refer to your email if you have forgotten your shifts.
9. A green cell phone has been found. Please stop by the office to describe and claim.

 Music Boosters have blanket throws on sale in the HS office that make a great gift for any EPJ student.

EPJ Middle School Announcements

The sign-up deadline for the 2016 East Coast Trip is May 16th. If you have any questions, contact
Mrs. Meadows or Mrs. Skinner
2. Today, Friday, May 8th will be the Student of the Month pizza party at 1:00pm in Mrs. Meadows’
room.
3. All library materials are due today, Friday, May 8th. Student checkout will resume on Saturday,
May 16th.

 Last day of school Friday, May 15th Dismissal at 12:45.
 MS Awards followed by the 8th grade Promotion Ceremony Friday, May 15th 9am. Professional photos
will be taken by Peterman Photography (prices are attached)
