Burgas Free University is organizing International Scientific Conference “HORIZONS IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT”. The
Conference will be held at the premises of the BFU, in Burgas, Bulgaria, on June 12-14, 2015.

Human rights in the incrimination law and the incrimination process

Working languages of the Conference: Bulgarian, English and Russian.
Key deadlines:

Registration and abstracts upload (when participating with a paper or a case) – April 15, 2015

Early participation fees transferred – May 30, 2015

Participation fees received latest – the day of the Conference start

Sending the papers (cases) in a publishable form – May 31, 2015
The Conference registration (the abstract upload due with it if participating with a paper or a case) and the papers or cases providing (uploading) is made
only electronically through the registration form available at the Conference link, visible on the front web page of the University - http://eservices.bfu.bg/conf/en/.
Confirmation (based on the uploaded abstract) you will get in the frames of a week after registering at the indicated by you in the registration form e-mail
address.
The abstracts have to be with a volume of 50 to 100 words (five typewriter lines) and to meet the indicated further requirements for the papers (respectively
the case studies).
The abstracts booklet will be provided to each of the representatives of the participant, at the registration on the venue, in the language indicating what its
case study will be in.
The papers and the case studies will be compiled in printed proceedings and sent to the participants, in a period after the end of the Conference.
Technical requirements for the papers to be submitted:

The full size of the papers and case studies limited up to 3 000 words /max. 8 pages/, incl. the figures and tables.

The text part of the papers and case studies to be prepared for printing in WinWord or AdobePageMaker, with a single line space. The font used a “Times New
Roman”, with size of the symbols of 10 pt., Normal. If schemes and tables to be formated cdr or esp /text format/. The maximum printing field for schemes and
tables – width 122 mm, length 178 mm.

The papers and case studies to be structured in such a manner: a title – with capital letters, 12pt. (Center, Bold), empty line space, author’s’ names (Center,
Bold), 10pt, empty line space; (when the paper or the case is in Bulgarian or in Russian language additional: a title in English – with capital letters, 12pt. (Center,
Bold), empty line space, author’s’ names in English (Center, Bold), 10pt, empty line space*); an abstract – up to 5 lines and key words (Italic), 2 empty lines
space; (when the paper or the case is in Bulgarian or in Russian language additional: an abstract in English – up to 5 lines and key words in English (Italic), 2
empty lines space*); main body text of the paper or the case study – to include an introduction, main part, with results, assumptions, referred literature; the
figures and the tables to be incorporated in the main body text; data about the author – three names, position and degree, organisation, a telephone and an email address, all in the “For Contacts” section after the end of the paper or the case.
*For the papers to be published in English, no Bulgarian text will be required.
Participation fees:
The participation fee is BGN 90 (Euro 90 for foreign participants) transferred to the BFU account: IBAN: BG50BUIN78551080025816; BIC: BUINBGSF,
Allianz Bank Bulgaria, BSU, reason: Participation in the Horizons Conference; Names of the participant, name of his/her organisation. The
invoices will be delivered at the registration of the Conference starting day or if requested up to 2 days after the request. The co-authors pay the full
participation fee.
The BFU is providing the following promotional rates:

For the early participation fees (transferred up to May 30, 2015) – BGN 70 (70 EUR);

For including an additional paper of the participant – BGN 25 (25 EUR) extra to the fee for each additional paper.
