General Information
Radburn School’s 5K Family Run and Fitness Fair is organized
by the Radburn PTA and will take place (rain or shine) on May
3, 2015. Register online or by mail at Radburn PTA, 18-00
Radburn Rd., Fair Lawn, NJ 07410. The run begins at 9:00
am and the Kids’ Fun Run will begin at 8:45 am.
Course
USATF Grand Prix certified 5-K (3.1miles) course offering a
wonderful and unique opportunity to run out through a scenic
in-town route and back through the bucolic Radburn Park’s
historic area. Water stop half-way through. www.usatf.org/

Registration Information
Pre-register online by April 24, 2015 or by mail to Radburn
PTA 5K, 18-00 Radburn Rd., Fair Lawn, NJ 07410 by April
19, 2015. $25 pre-registration fee and $30 on race day. $22
for USATF members. Dry wick t-shirt for all 5K pre-registered
runners. Race day runners NOT guaranteed a t-shirt. Kids
Fun Run $15 with a large youth t-shirt (pre-registered only); $8
without.
Pre-race Day Packet pick-up
Pre-race packet pick-up on Saturday May 2, at Road Runner
Sports, 35 Plaza Shopping Center on Route 4W Paramus,
NJ, 4 pm-8 pm. Tel: (201) 226-0035. Radburn PTA receives
an extra $1.50 for every bag picked up at Road Runner
Sports — save yourself a little sleep and pick up your
packet the day before!
Race Day
Registration opens at 7 a.m. and race starts at 9:00 am (Kids’
Fun Run at 8:45 am). All participants must pick up their race
packet by 8:30 am. Registration closes 10 minutes before the
race starts. Race chips must be returned at the finish line;
volunteers will be at the finish line to collect them. Don’t
forget to hand your chip back!
Kids’ Fun Run
The kids’ fun run will begin at 8:45 and will go out and back on
Howard Ave and turn around at Abbott. All children will receive
a medal after completing their race and join the fair festivities
after their run!
Awards Ceremony
Presented after the race: 1st male and female overall; Top 3
finishers in each age groups (male and female); Largest team
prize (must be pre-registered teams). Team names must be on
the registration form.
Age groups: 15 & under; 16-19; 20-14; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39;
40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 54-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80+

Benefiting
Everyone, regardless of age or ability, should spend more time
outdoors. With the support and generosity of individual donors
and sponsors, we aim to benefit the Radburn PTA’s Fitness
Fund, which seeks to increase our children’s opportunities
to healthy and safe lifestyles. Our first priority is to raise the
funds to provide a playground for our children.
