If you’re the kind of rider who likes to turn the mountain into their

THE PERFECT
WHEEL SIZE
29” wheels were the last big revolution (pun totally
intended…) in the industry when it came to finding ways to
take over obstacles and roll faster. The problem we set out to
overcome when we designed the 650B is that 29'ers are often
cumbersome and hard to maneuver on the trail. We wanted
to build a wheel that rolled over everything in its path, but
still offers superior handling and braking ability, closer to
what you expect out of a 26” wheel. At 27.5”, the 650B takes
the best of both worlds and gives you a ride that is not only
fun, but expertly imagined.
Carbon FRAME
CONSTRUCTION
Our FOC Ultra frame construction method, which takes a
minimalist approach to carbon fabrication by using the fewest possible layers of high-modulus carbon to achieve a stiff,
reliable, and responsive ride. We focused on Center Stiffness
with a 2-part forged, welded bottom bracket and wide-set
bearings, connected by hollow through-axle pivots. In the rear
of the bike, we have dual-bearing pivots to distribute the load
and maximize the stiffness of the rear axle.

Engineered from the ground up, the 2014 Force line comes with a short
stem, wide bars, and a long front center giving you the control that you need

GT’s Trail bikes are designed for those of you who like to go
out and rip it up on some sweet singletrack, with the occasional
desire to party your way through a 24-hour race. You are many,
you are awesome, and you won’t compromise your abilities to
climb and descend at will. That’s why you ride the GT Sensor.
It offers the crisp, efficient platform you need to pedal your asses
off, with enough travel to get back to the trailhead with a smile.
Much like Hans Rey, the 2014 Sensor is

ALLOY FRAME
CONSTRUCTION
GT has a rich history and storied history.
When it came to developing our new alloy
frame platform we knew the bar was
set high. With countless hours of R&D
devoted to analyzing every angle, tube and
component we ended up with this brand
new frame.
We started with eliminating the weight
and bulk of gussets by putting the top tube
through a 2-stage hydroforming process.
The Center Stiffness is high with a low
2-part forged, welded bottom bracket and
wide-set bearings that distribute the load
across the axle. A stretched out top tube
give you great handlebar reach too, so your
ride is cushy and supremely stable.
SENSOR
There’s something so satisfying about ending your day
completely covered in mud, like you’ve been doing
some very serious work. And you have, just work of
a different sort. Work on your GT Sensor, filing away
drops and banking steep berms. With 130mm of travel,
a thru-axle rear with Shadow + derailleur, and 180mm
brake rotors for incredible stopping power, you’re
ready to hit the trails like it’s your job.

ZASKAR CARBON 9R

further? We don’t really have the answers for the
first couple of questions, but we do for that last
one: the Zaskar 9R. With a full carbon frame and
