INTERNATIONAL WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS
SUMMIT & EXHITION-2015
This international summit is being organized by FIWE to bring together
more than 400 participants from over 50 countries from Arab & African
countries in INDIA, delegates will comprise of women leader, successful
entrepreneurs,
professionals,
consultants,
company
executives,
academicians, representatives of international organizations and national
governments besides those aspiring to be entrepreneurs. A large group of
the participants is expected from African, Arab, & SAARC countries of
like Ethiopia, Nigeria, Botswana, Senegal, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar& Abu
Dhabi, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka etc . Special
attention will be given at the Summit on synergizing the global
opportunities for rural business to facilitate an effective socio-economic
development.
About FIWE:
The Federation Of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE) has came in to
existence following the decisions taken at the International Summit of
Women Entrepreneurs held in December 1993 at Hyderabad (India). It
was felt that the Women’s Wing of National Alliance of Young
Entrepreneurs (NAYE) should convert itself into an autonomous national
level women entrepreneur’s organization whose main function should be
networking and to provide package of services to the associations of
women entrepreneurs in different parts of country. It was accordingly
announced that NAYE Women’s Wing will henceforth be known as
Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE)
Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE) is an apex body of
associations of women entrepreneurs situated all over the country. At
present it has strength of 30 member associations spread across the length
and breadth of the country, having combined strength of more than 15000
women entrepreneurs/professionals across the length and breadth of the
country is India's Premier Institution focused towards Women
Empowerment dedicated towards Entrepreneurship Development
throughout the country. FIWE is dedicated to nurture entrepreneurial bend
of mind and open avenues for self employment among women by
providing an opportunity to develop their own creativity and capacity for
development and growth.
FIWE is built around the idea of ethical, non profitable and sustainable
growth amongst women entrepreneurs. It helps women to grow to next
level of competence & growth. FIWE tries to fill the gap of information
networking, awareness 3 among women entrepreneurs and helps them to
understand the current business environment & their unique services and
opportunities, through workshops, seminar and awareness program etc.

On 24th July, 2014, a meeting of 11 African women ambassadors was
organized “New Markets and New Business Opportunities “
at the
outcome of the meeting it was decided by three Honorable Ambassador
Ms. Genett Zewdei, of Ethiopia, Ms Ebyan Mohamed Selah of Somalia,
Ms Florence Imisa Weche Commissioner of Kenya suggested to form an
Indo-African Women Entrepreneurs forum jointly, keeping in view the
growing Indo African business relationship. The idea was supported by all
the women present in the meeting
The idea was further thought over and it was decided to include Arab
countries also in this joint effort of accelerating growth of women
entrepreneurs in the involved countries.
This chamber will work for development of entrepreneurship in Arab &
African Countries with co-operation of Indian MSMEs resulting into
increased international trade
