10:00am-11:00am - 8 and Under
11:00am-11:30am - Super Team (Mon & Wed),
Skills Clinic (occasional Tues or Thurs)

TIME TRIALS - Date TBD – Westbury Pool 5:30pm (All swimmers and parents)
(This is a mock meet. Gain starting times for swimmers and training for parents)

*All meets start at 6:00pm. For Home Meets, all swimmers and parents are required to be
at pool by 4:30pm. For Away Meets, all swimmers and parents are required to be at pool at
5:00pm.
