CALL FOR PAPERS
The FSR annual seminar brings together scholars in the fields of economics and law, as well as practitioners, to
consider frontier research in media and telecommunications, with a goal of fostering research ideas and
informing policy. The seminar will include 12-15 research papers presented over a two day period.

The Florence School of Regulation (FSR)
(FSR is a centre of debate, training and research on the regulation and
competition of network industries, which aims at representing a European forum of excellence where
regulators, policy makers, academics and stakeholders can interact and effectively contribute to foster the
quality of regulation in Europe. The FSR is part of the European University Institute (EUI) / Robert Schuman

The FSR Communications and Media was established in 2009 in partnership with the Independent Regulators
Group (IRG/BEREC) and it is directed by Professor Pier
Pier Luigi Parcu with the support of qualified research
fellows and project assistants and a high level Scientific Committee, composed of:
