Tour Conditions:
*Gambier Coachlines arrange tours on the conditions that they are not
liable for any damage, injury or loss which may occur due to accident,
delay, irregularity or defect of any vehicle, vessel or accom
*Luggage should no exceed one medium suitcase per person
*Please ensure all luggage is labeled clearly—luggage labels available
*Tour Itinerary is a guide only and although Gambier Coachlines will
make every reasonable effort to adhere to the program, we reserve the
right to make any alterations as necessary
*The operation of all tours is subject to minimum loading
*Our vehicles include: reclining seats, toilet, CD player, DVD player, air
conditioning and seat belts
*It is a legal requirement while on board our coaches that seat belts are
worn at all times
*Seat rotation will apply, please make arrangements if you suffer motion
sickness—there are a variety of options available
*Seats on the coach are allocated at time of final payment
*Any vehicle left at Gambier Coachlines is done so at your own risk
*If you cannot go your deposit will be forfeited unless your seat is filled,
it is up to you to find a replacement—admin fee may apply
*Travel Insurance is not included but is strongly recommended that it be
considered prior to making final payment for longer tours.

Day 1 - Sunday 17th January 2016

Coach will be departing from Lady Nelson Park, Mt Gambier at 8.00 am SA TIME, please
ensure you are there at least 20 minutes before departure.
First stop is Hamilton for morning tea, after morning tea we will head to Amphitheatre for
lunch, please bring a labelled packed lunch with you (esky’s will be provided) and tea &
coffee will be available from the coach.
Our afternoon tea stop will be in Bendigo. Approx arrival time in Echuca 4.00 pm where we
can settle into our motel.
Dinner tonight will be at the Echuca Workers & Service Club nearby.
Day 2 - Monday 18th January 2016

Breakfast served at 6.30 am in the Dining Room. The coach will depart at 7.30 am.
First stop for the day, Jerilderie for our morning tea stop.
Our next stop will be Ardlethan for lunch and then Forbes for afternoon tea.
We will arrive in Dubbo at approx 6.00 pm and after settling into your room we will enjoy
dinner at the RSL Club across the road.
Day 3 - Tuesday 19th January 2016

Breakfast will be served at 7.00 am at the RSL across the road.
The coach will depart at 8.00 am. Morning tea today will be Coonabarabran after morning
tea we head straight to Tamworth. On arrival in Tamworth we will head straight to our
accommodation for the next 6 nights. The rest of the day if yours to enjoy all of the
entertainment on offer available in the streets, pubs, clubs, parks and other venues listed in
the program. Over the Tamworth Festival there are 800 performers, 120 venues and 4000
shows! Dinner tonight will be at the Tamworth Services Club at 5.30 pm.
Day 4 - Wednesday 20th January 2016

We will enjoy dinner tonight before heading to the Country Music Awards of Australia for
Australian Country Music’s night of nights!

Day 9– Monday 25th January 2016

First stop for the day, Coonabarabran for our morning tea.
Our next stop will be Dubbo for lunch and then West Wyalong for afternoon tea.
Our approx. arrival into Griffith will be 5.30 pm and after settling into your room we will have
dinner at the motel.
Day 10 - Tuesday 26th January 2016

Breakfast served at 6.30 am in the Dining Room, the coach will be leaving at 7.30 am
to return to Mt Gambier. Our first stop for morning tea will be Deniliquin followed by
Bendigo for lunch. After lunch we will head to Glen Thompson for afternoon tea
before arriving home in Mount Gambier at approx 6.30 pm.

The Coach Captain reserves the right to alter the itinerary if required and alterations can be
made at his discretion due to weather or road conditions, accommodation or travelling times.

Alcohol, Smoking & Drugs
Australian Federal and State Government Regulations prohibit smoking, the consumption of alcohol
and the conveyance or ingestion of illicit drugs on coaches. Passengers under the influence of alcohol
or illicit drugs will not be permitted to board the coach.
Disruptive Behaviour
Persons behaving in a disruptive manner may be removed from the coach at the sole discretion of the
Coach Captain.
Hot Food & Drink
It is preferred that when we stop, food & drink be consumed off of the coach. If you wish to bring a
drink on board with you, a screw top bottle of soft drink or water is ok. (No milk drinks or ice creams)
