Location
The site is situated in Ashtead, an affluent village
within the Borough of Surrey. Ashtead is located
approximately 20 miles south-west of central London
and around 2 miles north-east of nearby
Leatherhead. The site fronts onto the High Street that
principally provides a mix of independent shops,
cafes, restaurants along with residential terraced and
flatted housing.
Rail services into London Waterloo operate from
Ashtead railway station which is within easy walking
distance to the north of the site. Road connections
are good with the nearby M25 motorway providing
access to Heathrow Airport to the north and Gatwick
Airport to the south.
Description
The cleared site comprises approximately 0.18 ha

since been demolished and the land remediated.
More recently it has been used as a local car park for
Ashtead Town Centre. To the north of the site there
are residential properties and to the east and west
are commercial properties.
Tenure
The freehold site is owned by Tesco Stores Limited
and is available to purchase.

Each party to be responsible for their own legal costs
incurred in the transaction.
VAT
VAT is chargeable on the site.
