PRAYING FOR OUR MISSIONARIES

Greetings! This spring I have been hard at work getting our RV
remodeled into the Mobile Youth Centre, and it’s starting to take
shape! The goal is to have programming during the summer
months that can connect with youth in a more outdoor setting
with the ability to move around to locations that youth are
hanging out.
Right now we have partnerships with a few churches whose
parking lots are being used by youth; we want to help build
connection with those kids and the local church.
Another plan is to go to a few different city parks and provide
causal programming there.
This summer will be a bit of a testing time as we try various
things to see what is successful, but I am really liking how things
are turning out for this. Last week I met with a couple of city
planners to discuss this plan and they really like the concept.
They made the following comment:
“I’m looking forward to seeing this idea take shape. I don’t know
of anyone else that is operating anything like it. I’m sure it will
provide a valuable service for the community. It really is an
excellent idea and I’m happy to help in any way I can.”
Please pray for us as we begin this new venture. Our desire is
to see many kids come to know the Lord as their Savior through
our ministry here in Saskatoon.

Please remember to pray for those working at camp this summer.
Pray for good health, and strength and energy to complete the
tasks each day.
Pray for those involved with VBS this summer as they plan and
prepare material. Pray for the kids that will be attending, that God
would make their hearts and minds sensitive to Him.
Continue to pray for our seniors that are living in care facilities in
Moose Jaw. Pray that God would bring people into their lives to
encourage and befriend them.
Pray for the broken relationships in our community between
husbands and wives. Pray that God would soften hearts to respond
with love and sensitivity instead of anger.
Please pray for rain for our farmers. Things are critical in the area
of moisture for the fields.
Remember to be praying for Pastor Blayne and his team as the go
into this second week of teaching. Pray for understanding
between the translators and the men, as well as for opportunities
to build relationships.
Pray for Rylan & Natalie who are getting married today! Pray for
God’s rich blessing on this young couple, and for wisdom as they
begin their new lives together.

At Sonworld Adventure Park, your kids will meet
various people who encountered Jesus and discover how they responded to Him.
