Fall and Spring Season:
$80.00 Early Bird Registration (May 10 thru June 23)
$120.00 Early Registration (June 24 thru July 25)
$150.00 (After July 25 – open teams only)
$ 60.00 VIP Program Only
3rd and 4th Player Discount:
$60.00 for fall and spring season (two siblings must already be signed up for both seasons to qualify)
Fall Season Only:
$50.00 (4 and 5 year olds) May 10 thru July 25 (U5 and U6)
$60.00 (6 thru 18 year olds) May 10 thru July 25 (U8-U19)
$40.00 VIP Program (Refer to back of flyer for more information) $75.00 (After July 25 – open teams only)
Please bring birth certificate with you if your child is signing up as a first time AYSO player. Pre-register your
child on-line at www.eayso.org prior to coming to sign-ups. Instructions listed below.

Bring one copy of the e-signed player registration form, signed concussion form, and
payment to one of the sign-ups. We accept personal checks, money orders and cash at registration.
Please make checks payable to AYSO 1472.
*When a parent logs in to eAYSO.org to register a returning player, but does not see "Application for a Returning
Player" enabled, it means they need to contact the National Office to link the player record to their account.
This is a one-time step and can be accomplished through a call to the eAYSO Support Center at 866-588-2976,
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m-5:00 p.m. Currently, the Support Center also has the following extended hours
(except for Memorial Day weekend): Saturday 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Sunday 8:00 a.m. - noon, all times PT. Contact eAYSO Support by email at [email protected].
The parent will need to provide the email login and AYSO ID number. If the parent doesn't know his/her
player's AYSO ID number, the parent must provide the player's name, date of birth and AYSO Region number, or

What is VIP?
The AYSO VIP (Very Important Players) Program provides a quality soccer experience for children and
adults whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream
teams. VIP teams may include:
• Blind or visually impaired
•
Amputees or with conditions that impair mobility
•
Mentally or emotionally challenged
•
Autistic
•
Down syndrome
•
Cerebral Palsy

These players are Very Important Players in AYSO. We recognize that all people need to feel a sense of
belonging and acceptance. The VIP Program offers that acceptance and carries our philosophy of
Everyone Plays® to new heights – giving everyone a chance to play
Kids with Special Needs are estimated to make up approximately 10% of the school-aged population
and approximately 20% of the United States population is identified as having some type of disability.
Special schools and programs can be isolating, so the VIP Program has been structured to integrate our
players into the rest of AYSO by providing a soccer season, and in some cases, using “buddies” – able
bodied helpers – to assist players who need assistance, both on and off the field. Our goals for every
participating player are:
• Have fun playing soccer

Understand the fundamentals of the game
•
Learn teamwork and fair play
•
Increase positive self-esteem
•
Become more physically fit
Meet and be comfortable with new people
