Thank you for your Interest in Bottles & Barrels, a Southern Living Inspired Event.
Bottles and Barrels at Habersham is the premier tasting event for wine varietals and local craft
beers. The event also features a culinary cook-off, “Chef Cook-Off Competition,” with a basket
full of must use local ingredients.
Wine Dinner Application
This year Bottles & Barrels will be hosting wine dinners the evening before the tasting event. The
wine dinners will take place on Friday, May 8th from 6:00 - 9:00 PM in select homes in the
Habersham Neighborhood. Each dinner will be assigned a winery and a chef/restaurant.
If you are interested in receiving one on one time with consumers and wine makers please
submit your application today to be the chef of our exciting new wine dinners. There are limited
numbers of winner dinners available to be reserved so we invite you to submit your application
today!

Rules and Regulations
1. Bottles & Barrels Wine Dinners begin at 6 PM and run the completion of meal and necessary
cleanup. Exact arrival times will be determined between the Chef and their Host, time
needed for prep will be taken into consideration.
2. Each chef will be given $30 per guest to prepare a 3 course meal with wine pairings.
3. Each chef will be provided with the winery contact, home address and contact information
of where the wine dinner will take place. Number of potential guests will be confirmed by
April 1st, 2015.
4. The wine dinners will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Each dinner sold will be for
approximately 10 - 15 people.
5. Each Chef/Restaurant is encouraged to use their logo on any printed menu they would like
to provide at the dinner.
